EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, the customer must return the unwanted item according to the following exchange only procedures listed below. 

The exchanged item must be received by Big Black Inc. within 15 days of purchase. Please contact customer support by sending an e-mail to . We do our best to reply to all inquiries within 2 business days.the following conditions:

The exchanged item must have its original tags attached. 
The exchanged item must be unworn and in new condition.

Once we receive customer exchanged merchandise we will immediately take care of corrections that need to be made.  We will review your invoice and corrections you have given and will correct any errors made on our behalf.
